Louise Horn Aagesen is an associate partner and attorney in LIND\u2019s employment and labour law department, where she is responsible for the department\u2019s daily coordination. She has extensive experience advising both trade unions and companies across all areas of employment and labour law. Louise focuses particularly on complex disputes, foreign labour, collective labour law and equity-based remuneration schemes. She has significant litigation experience, holds rights of audience before the Danish High Court, and regularly conducts cases before the ordinary courts as well as labour and private arbitration tribunals.Louise is also an editor at Karnov\u2019s Collection of Insurance and Tort Law Reports.<\/p>\n\n
