Christian Soldbro Dubin is head of LIND\u2019s real estate department. Throughout his career, Christian has advised Danish and international companies on real estate matters. He works with all aspects of real estate law, including the acquisition and sale of rental and development properties, construction and planning law matters, as well as the structuring and execution of project sales.Christian also has extensive experience with transactions involving the acquisition and sale of commercial and investment properties, including office and retail properties, shopping centers, and owner-occupied commercial properties. In addition, he advises on the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements, market rent disputes, and forced sales. Furthermore, Christian has substantial experience advising on private real estate transactions and the related family law aspects.<\/p>\n\n
