Anders Bendtsen is head of LIND\u2019s insolvency, bankruptcy, and restructuring department and has been appointed trustee in more than 1,000 bankruptcy estates. Anders is a permanent assistant to the Probate Court of the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court and is also a certified insolvency attorney. With more than 20 years of experience, he has gained extensive expertise in handling trustee assignments in bankruptcy estates, carrying out liquidations and compulsory dissolutions, and implementing restructurings.Anders also advises several commercial enterprises on their business matters. He has rights of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and regularly conducts litigations before the Danish courts.In addition, Anders Bendtsen serves as Chief Executive Officer and board member of LIND and is responsible for the firm\u2019s day-to-day management.<\/p>\n\n
