Christian Soldbro Dubin is head of LIND’s real estate department.
Throughout his career, Christian has advised Danish and international companies on real estate matters. He works with all aspects of real estate law, including the acquisition and sale of rental and development properties, construction and planning law matters, as well as the structuring and execution of project sales.
Christian also has extensive experience with transactions involving the acquisition and sale of commercial and investment properties, including office and retail properties, shopping centers, and owner-occupied commercial properties. In addition, he advises on the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements, market rent disputes, and forced sales.
Furthermore, Christian has substantial experience advising on private real estate transactions and the related family law aspects.

Julie Rohde Larsen works with real estate, including drafting purchase agreements, advising on the acquisition and sale of property, and handling due diligence in connection with real estate transactions.
In addition, she assists with defect claims and conducts litigation related to defects in real estate among other things.
Julie also provides advice on the preparation of co-ownership agreements, wills, prenuptial agreements, powers of attorney, promissory notes and similar documents.
