Anders Bendtsen is head of LIND’s insolvency, bankruptcy, and restructuring department and has been appointed trustee in more than 1,000 bankruptcy estates. Anders is a permanent assistant to the Probate Court of the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court and is also a certified insolvency attorney. With more than 20 years of experience, he has gained extensive expertise in handling trustee assignments in bankruptcy estates, carrying out liquidations and compulsory dissolutions, and implementing restructurings.
Anders also advises several commercial enterprises on their business matters. He has rights of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and regularly conducts litigations before the Danish courts.
In addition, Anders Bendtsen serves as Chief Executive Officer and board member of LIND and is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day management.

Christian Soldbro Dubin is head of LIND’s real estate department.
Throughout his career, Christian has advised Danish and international companies on real estate matters. He works with all aspects of real estate law, including the acquisition and sale of rental and development properties, construction and planning law matters, as well as the structuring and execution of project sales.
Christian also has extensive experience with transactions involving the acquisition and sale of commercial and investment properties, including office and retail properties, shopping centers, and owner-occupied commercial properties. In addition, he advises on the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements, market rent disputes, and forced sales.
Furthermore, Christian has substantial experience advising on private real estate transactions and the related family law aspects.

Julie Rohde Larsen works with real estate, including drafting purchase agreements, advising on the acquisition and sale of property, and handling due diligence in connection with real estate transactions.

]]>Peter Zacho Skovbo has more than 20 years of experience in construction law, arbitration, and commercial disputes. He advises both Danish and international clients on complex conflicts. Peter has handled a substantial number of cases in both institutional and ad hoc arbitration, as well as before ordinary courts, and takes a strategic and solution-oriented approach to dispute resolution.
Peter has significant insight into both the practical and legal aspects of construction law and continuously assists contractors, clients, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle, from contract drafting to handling claims, defects, and delay issues.
In addition, Peter has broad experience with disputes related to M&A transactions and legal malpractice claims.
Beyond his litigation experience, Peter also has extensive teaching experience.
