Peter has more than 20 years of experience in M&A, venture investments, as well as corporate and contract law. He has advised on numerous M&A transactions and venture investments. Peter assists both global companies and owner-managed businesses in Denmark with ongoing legal advice, always with a focus on commercial solutions.
Peter has the right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and extensive experience with litigation and arbitration concerning liability and contractual matters, particularly focusing on M&A disputes, complex contracts, and disputes regarding ownership in companies.
