Frederik Brocks in cooperation with Mads Bendix Skelbæk-Knudsen, is co-head of LIND’s employment and labour law department.
With more than 20 years of experience, he is a recognised expert. Frederik has extensive experience advising both trade unions and companies across all areas of employment and labour law. He has particular expertise in the regulation of the public labour market and focuses especially on collective labour law, complex disputes, foreign labour, and equity-based remuneration schemes.
Frederik also advises a number of trade unions and organisations on association law matters.
He has significant litigation experience, holds rights of audience before the Danish Supreme Court, and regularly conducts many cases before the ordinary courts, labour and private arbitration tribunals, and the Danish Labour Court.

Louise Horn Aagesen is an associate partner and attorney in LIND’s employment and labour law department, where she is responsible for the department’s daily coordination.
She has extensive experience advising both trade unions and companies across all areas of employment and labour law. Louise focuses particularly on complex disputes, foreign labour, collective labour law and equity-based remuneration schemes. She has significant litigation experience, holds rights of audience before the Danish High Court, and regularly conducts cases before the ordinary courts as well as labour and private arbitration tribunals.
Louise is also an editor at Karnov’s Collection of Insurance and Tort Law Reports.
