Anita Grønbech Buskov works primarily with tort disputes, particularly in relation to workers’ compensation cases. In addition, she advises on labour and employment law matters.

]]>Frederik Brocks in cooperation with Mads Bendix Skelbæk-Knudsen, is co-head of LIND’s employment and labour law department.
With more than 20 years of experience, he is a recognised expert. Frederik has extensive experience advising both trade unions and companies across all areas of employment and labour law. He has particular expertise in the regulation of the public labour market and focuses especially on collective labour law, complex disputes, foreign labour, and equity-based remuneration schemes.
Frederik also advises a number of trade unions and organisations on association law matters.
He has significant litigation experience, holds rights of audience before the Danish Supreme Court, and regularly conducts many cases before the ordinary courts, labour and private arbitration tribunals, and the Danish Labour Court.

Ida Grunnet works with both individual employment law and collective labour law, advising trade unions, private employees, and employers both nationally and internationally. Jacob Tranekær Krebs primarily works with tort law and litigation, with extensive experience in personal injury claims. Mads is appointed as an alternate judge in the Danish Labour Court.
Furthermore, Mads heads LIND’s Compensation and Workplace Injury Department. He also has extensive knowledge of and experience with associations and foundations.
Mads regularly handles significant and complex litigation and arbitration cases before the courts, specialized labour arbitration boards, and commercial arbitrations. He has right of audience to appear before the Supreme Court.
In addition, Mads serves as Chairman of the Board at LIND.

]]>Rasmus is a partner at LIND Advokataktieselskab, where he works with issues within labour and employment law, insolvency law, the legal position of employees in insolvent companies, tort law, and litigation. He advises companies and organizations and handles cases before the courts.
He is a certified insolvency lawyer and is regularly appointed as a bankruptcy trustee.
Throughout his career, Rasmus has been seconded to the Danish Metalworkers’ Union and 3F – United Federation of Danish Workers. This has provided him with in-depth knowledge of the labour market parties and a solid understanding of practical and strategic considerations in the labour market.
