Peter Clemmen Christensen is the head of LIND’s Corporate/M&A department.
Peter has more than 20 years of experience in M&A, venture investments, as well as corporate and contract law. He has advised on numerous M&A transactions and venture investments. Peter assists both global companies and owner-managed businesses in Denmark with ongoing legal advice, always with a focus on commercial solutions.
Peter has the right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and extensive experience with litigation and arbitration concerning liability and contractual matters, particularly focusing on M&A disputes, complex contracts, and disputes regarding ownership in companies. As a trained mediator, Peter always emphasizes finding amicable solutions on commercially sensible terms.

Peter Zacho Skovbo has more than 20 years of experience in construction law, arbitration, and commercial disputes. He advises both Danish and international clients on complex conflicts. Peter has handled a substantial number of cases in both institutional and ad hoc arbitration, as well as before ordinary courts, and takes a strategic and solution-oriented approach to dispute resolution.
Peter has significant insight into both the practical and legal aspects of construction law and continuously assists contractors, clients, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle, from contract drafting to handling claims, defects, and delay issues.
In addition, Peter has broad experience with disputes related to M&A transactions and legal malpractice claims.
Beyond his litigation experience, Peter also has extensive teaching experience.

Sara Hörl Lillelund primarily works with corporate law, commercial law, and M&A, including transaction structuring, conducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Sara also has experience with establishing and reviewing incentive programs, as well as entering into cooperation and shareholder agreements.
In addition, Sara assists with real estate transactions and provides advice and support in connection with liquidations.
Sara is currently pursuing an HD (Advanced Business Diploma) in Finance, part 2, at Copenhagen Business School, to strengthen her financial understanding in transactional contexts.
