Mads Bendix Skelbæk-Knudsen in cooperation with Frederik Brock, leads LIND’s Employment and Labor Law Department.
Mads is appointed as an alternate judge in the Danish Labour Court.
Furthermore, Mads heads LIND’s Compensation and Workplace Injury Department. He also has extensive knowledge of and experience with associations and foundations.
Mads regularly handles significant and complex litigation and arbitration cases before the courts, specialized labour arbitration boards, and commercial arbitrations. He has right of audience to appear before the Supreme Court.
In addition, Mads serves as Chairman of the Board at LIND.

Rasmus is a partner at LIND Advokataktieselskab, where he works with issues within labour and employment law, insolvency law, the legal position of employees in insolvent companies, tort law, and litigation. He advises companies and organizations and handles cases before the courts.
He is a certified insolvency lawyer and is regularly appointed as a bankruptcy trustee.
Throughout his career, Rasmus has been seconded to the Danish Metalworkers’ Union and 3F – United Federation of Danish Workers. This has provided him with in-depth knowledge of the labour market parties and a solid understanding of practical and strategic considerations in the labour market.
